Salary: £22,000.00 to £23,000.00 a year + great tips 

The Maytime inn has a fantastic new opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor.

Nestling in the heart of the beautiful, peaceful and historic Cotswold village of Asthall, the Inn dates back to the 17th Century and in times gone by was a coaching inn with its own Smithy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing exceptional standards of service to guests and residents
• Running shifts; organising staff and ensuring all guests receive exceptional service and attention from all members of staff
• Cash handling
• Supporting the Owner and General Manager in the day to day running of the business
• Playing a role in active social media management and advertising
• Interacting with customers to resolve issues and answer questions both face to face and over the phone
• Staff training

REQUIREMENTS:

• A love for gin, beer, wine and great fresh food
• Previous experience preferable
• A passion for providing great service
• A desire to increase knowledge of running an independent business
• A confident, self-motivated, driven person willing to learn and progress in the industry
• Attention to detail and consistency in high-pressure situations
• Be reliable and willing to work hard to achieve your goals
• Show a level of flexibility and adaptability to meet the requirements of the role
